We are looking for conversions and inner-city commercial land to renovate these areas thoroughly and sustainably while also supplying new tenant occupants.
We back platform developments of real estate service companies as well as digital companies with real estate relevance. DUPUIS and its owners invest in real estate management companies and digital companies with a focus on real estate related subjects.
We actively target the ownership capital market for service platforms in the areas of Fond-, Investment-, and Asset Management. We look for companies with a clear and focused business model as well as an experienced and congenial management team.
We prefer niche providers complementary to DUPUIS, or brands with a strong sales infrastructure and existing assets under management of at least 500M Euro.
We and a group of experienced entrepreneurs function as both early stage investors as well as active supporters in restructuring processes and management buy-outs.
